The 奥地利的小胡 Story
2010 I left my hometown of Innsbruck in Austria to experience new things in life. After living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and losing more than 40kg of body weight within only 6 months I discovered my love for food and cooking. With the help of a fellow Austrian head chef, I entered the world of professional cooking and started my career as a chef in one of the most rewound hotels of Amsterdam with 5 restaurants in house counting a total of 4 Michelin stars. Besides learning new things in the kitchen I also followed my dream to finish an official education as a fitness/personal trainer and nutritionist.
When life offered me a new adventure by giving me the chance to work in China I did not think twice and started my life in the far east. After gaining more experience in the F&B industry and opening my own consulting business I started to realize that people in China love Western food but just do not really know what it is. This was the time I decided to teach people western cooking with entertaining and fun videos online. From 2018 till now I managed to produce weekly new videos and gain more than 3.5 million subscribers on different social media platforms.
